The Registrar's Office is located in the Student Services Center suite 101.  We are responsible for maintaining all official Weber State academic records. 

Our staff at the windows in the Registrar's Solution Center can answer your questions regarding grades, transcripts, registration, academic deadlines, degree audits, graduation requirements, and more.

 









Did you know?

Photo ID will be requested and must be provided at every transaction in the Registrar's Office. Any request for records made by someone other than the student requires a signed release of information to be on file (in accordance with the FERPA Act of 1974). Please have this information on file and ready prior to your visit or calls to our office. This will help us better serve our students. Thank You.

Spring Commencement Exercises will be held Friday, April 20, 2012 at 8:00 a.m. in the Dee Events Center.  For more information, please see the Commencement site.
