Dispatch/Records

Dispatch

Weber State University Dispatch is the center of emergency communications for our department and campus.  The WSU Police Communications and Dispatch Center provides the campus with:

  • Police dispatch services
  • Closed-circuit television camera monitoring (C.C.T.V.)
  • Links to state and national criminal information databases

Dispatchers receive, record, and dispatch general and emergency information.  They are responsible for maintaining effective and efficient communications between dispatch, campus patrol officers in the field, outside emergency and law enforcement agencies, and the public.

Records
