We will get together Friday evening at 6 pm for dinner. Here are the choices, make your selection when you register:
1) Pot Roast with Roasted Garlic Demi-Glaze
Delicious Beef Tenderloin served with a Classic Brandy Sauce and Green Peppercorns. Served with a choice of Salad with Dressing, choice of 2 Accompaniments, Fresh Baked Rolls and Butter, Ice Water and Lemonade, and your choice of Dessert.
2) Chicken Piccata
Boneless Breast of Chicken lightly sauteed and served in a Light Lemon Sauce with Capers. Served with a choice of Salad with Dressing, choice of 2 Accompaniments, Fresh Baked Rolls and Butter, Ice Water and Lemonade, and your choice of Dessert.
3) Vegetarian Lasagna
Lasagna Noodles layered with Fresh Ricotta, Mozzarella and Parmigiana Cheese topped with Marinara Sauce. Served with a choice of Salad with Dressing, choice of 2 Accompaniments, Fresh Baked Rolls and Butter, Ice Water and Lemonade, and your choice of Dessert.
Saturday lunch will be here on campus:
Your choice of Ham and Swiss or Turkey and Cheddar on Assorted Croissants, Multi-grain Bread and Sourdough with appropriate condiments. Served with Potato Chips, Whole Fresh Fruit, Chocolate Chip Cookies, and an assortment of Bottled Water and Canned Soda.
