Class Rental Discounts

Students

Discounted class rentals are only available to classes in which instructors have contacted the OP. If you believe your class would benefit from the class discount please direct your instructor/professor to this webpage. Thank you.

Current Class Discounts have been set-up for the following classes: (you will need Adobe Reader for opening and viewing these files.)

Professors and Adjunct Staff

Would you like to offer your students a 5-20% discount on rentals needed for your class trips? Want to make sure your students are properly outfitted saving you instructional time? Then don’t forget to get your discounted class rental requests into the OP. This will help ensure that the equipment is available preventing last minute conflicts and will allow us to create a quicker rental experience for your students.

Step 1

Must have a minimum of 10 students enrolled in your academic class.

Step 2

Prior to your first scheduled class please contact the OP coordinator with the following information: (reservation form)

  1. Instructor name and contact information
  2. Class name and number
  3. Rental equipment needed (e.g.: snowshoes)
  4. Rental dates (i.e.: the specific dates that students will need equipment)
  5. Maximum number of students

Upon receiving your request we will contact you as to the discount available and any conflicts we may have with other previously made reservations.

Step 3

Please distribute the OP Class Rental – Student Info” to your students or direct them to this webpage so they are properly informed of the opportunities and steps needed to take.
