Why is being a part of the Center important to you?

I feel that it is important to be a peer mentor because there are students out there who need help starting college and a peer mentor can help them during that transition phase.

Why do you recommend that WSU multicultural students use the Center?

As students they have many resources that are available to them, including the multicultural peer mentors. So students should use any resources that are available to them. It is helpful having an advisor, but it is also helpful having another student give you advice about what they have already been through.

What do you like most about working for the Center?

I love the work environment and how everyone is so nice to you. It makes me actually look forward to come into work. There's no drama or anything, it is just a fun place to work without any of the stress. They also care about their employees that work for them and give them the time they need especially when they are overwhelmed with school.

Tennis, shopping, web design, swimming, arts and crafts, and designing.
