Program Description
The linguistics minor at Weber State University is an interdisciplinary program for the scientific study of human language(s) which complements coursework in a range of majors given below. .
Program Requirements
- 21 hours: 18 hours of coursework and a 3-hour capstone course
- breadth requirement of coursework in three areas: Foundations, Language Structures, Applications and Subdisciplines
- capstone course: LING 4830 or Directed Reading LING 4990 Centering Experience
