What is the intramural sports program?

Intramurals are sports and activities provided by Weber State that promote health, fitness, and social interaction.

Why should I play intramural sports?

Intramural sports are a great way to stay in shape and make friends. They also provide an opportunity for participants to continue in competitive sports activities after high school and the chance to learn a brand new activity.

Do I need to be really good to play intramural sports?

No. All skill levels are encouraged to participate.

I want to play! How do I get involved?

Intramural announcements, deadlines, and schedules will be posted outside Stromberg Gym Room 21 and on the website. Registrations are accepted at Stromberg Gym and at the Campus Recreation e-store.
