The Charitable Chair event incorporates accreditation standards, design curriculum and public service.
As part of their final project, students from five interior design courses participate by refurbishing a chair with historical significance. Chairs are then auctioned at a public event. Proceeds from the auction are divided between the Boys and Girls Club of Weber-Davis and the Interior Design Program.
