Returning Employee Track: Breakout Session II

Customer service can be a source of significant competitive advantage for organizations. In this interactive session participants will explore key elements of customer service and simple tips that can enhance the interaction between service provider and customer. Participants will also receive a copy of the Wildcat Customer Service PRIDE Standards.

Leslie Simpson

My father was an officer in the Air Force, so I grew up around the country living in 6 different states. I moved to Utah my senior year where I participated in varsity sports and clubs. I then graduated with a BA in Broadcast Journalism from Brigham Young University and afterward worked as a news producer by KUTV2 in Salt Lake City for several years before returning to KBYU as an adjunct instructor and Associate News Director. I then took time off to raise 3 wonderful children and then earned a MS in Professional Communication (MPC) from Weber State University in 2014. I interned with WSU Development for a year before securing my current position as Training and Development Advisor in Human Resources. I have fallen in love with Weber: the students, fellow employees, campus and the Weber way!
