This session will explore the steps to take toward compiling a stronger, more engaged team through discovering and developing individual and team talents.
Sheldon Cheshire
Sheldon Cheshire received his Master’s Degree in Education Curriculum and Instruction from Weber State University. An employee at Weber State for nine years, Sheldon is now in his dream job of working as Coordinator of Leadership Programs at Weber State. Sheldon has lived in Ogden for nearly two decades and now considers it to be his hometown. His StrengthsQuest talents are Woo, Communication, Strategic, Positivity, and Belief.
