What is the Faculty Staff Association?

The Weber State University Faculty Staff Association was founded as a social organization for faculty and staff employed at Weber State University. The association provides faculty and staff in all departments an opportunity to communicate, build friendships, and share quality time as co-workers outside of the everyday work setting.
The Faculty Staff Association sponsors nine or ten affordable, fun, and wholesome family activities each academic year.
Faculty Staff Association (FSA) Incentive Program
“MOST FUN MEMBER” Award
1. For each event an FSA member signs up for (no matter how many guests registrations or attendance) they get one extra ticket in the drawing for prizes at the Murder Mystery dinner. Prizes will be awarded for first and second place for being the "most fun" by participating in the most events.
AND the Participation Award
2. Each FSA member will receive a participation point for each event they attend and a participation point for each guest (adult or child) they bring to an event; one point is given for each member AND guests, including children, who attend any event [so they could get 10 per event - if they brought a spouse and 8 kids]. These points will be added up and make the FSA member eligible for the drawings.
