Completed application form, application fee and audition requirements must be submitted by the deadline. Application is not complete without the deposit.  Past participants do not need to audition for the acceptance to the festival. However, all applicants who are applying for merit scholarship or the Utah Symphony Concerto Competiton need to submit the required recordings.

Application Deposit: 


Your application deposit will be applied to your tuition upon your acceptance. Payments should be made payable to the Sid and Mary Foulger International Music Festival in U.S. dollars (MasterCard or Visa accepted with cardholder’s billing address and email). Application will not be accepted without deposit. *Please note: If you are not accepted, your application deposit will be returned.

Student Tuition Rates:

• Tuition only  $850.00
• Tuition plus room and board  $1,800.00


Non-Student (Parent/Guardian) Fees:

• Room and Board $950.00

Please note: Camp Counselors will be provided for student under 18 without a legal guardian

Piano Teaching Workshop Fees:

• Tuition only  $500.00
• Tuition plus room and board  $975.00




Complete the credit card payment by clicking Pay By Credit Card page. Follow the instructions and save a copy of the payment when finished.


Arrival/departure times and flights/shuttle information:

  • Upon acceptance to Foulger Festival, participants are responsible for their airfare and other travel arrangements to Salt Lake International Airport (SLC). A shuttle will be provided at the airport by the festival ONLY if you arrive within the window of times given to the participants by the festival. 
  • Please plan on arriving at Salt Lake International Airport (SLC) between 12 PM and 5 PM on June 30.
  • Check out from University housing, Wildcat Village, is on July 13, 10:00 am.
  • More detailed information regarding departure, travel, accommodations, and schedule from Foulger Festival Staff will be given upon acceptance.
