Instructional Programs

Our instructional courses are popular for those who are interested in taking active classes with a higher level of instruction and progression. Instructional courses vary by type and duration but they are all taught by expert trainers.

Foam Rolling/Stress Relief (4-weeks)

Learn Objectives:
  • Relieve physical stress
  • Learn mindfulness & meditation

Healthy Dining Experience (1.5 hours)

Learn how to:
  • Make delicious healthy smoothies
  • Integrate juices and smoothies into your daily life
When, Where, and How Much:
  • Summer classes to be announced.

  • $3 students, $5 faculty/staff, & community

Endurance Cycling (10-weeks)

Why you should take this course:
  • Designed for all fitness levels from beginner to athlete
  • Workouts simulate real world situations
  • Builds cardio endurance during the cold winter
  • Classes build in length throughout the course
  • Culminates in two organised outdoor group road rides

Refund Policy:

A full refund will be issued if a class is canceled due to low participation.  Also, a full refund will be issued if you must drop out prior to any class start date. Thereafter, no refund will be issued.
