Schedule an appointment with one of our Strength & Cardio Supervisors. They can show you how to safely use all of the equipment in our facility as well as give instruction on proper form and spotting techniques.
Orientations are held
- Between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m.
- Monday through Friday
- No holidays
