About Alex: Hello my name is Alex Troy. I'm originally from Dublin, Ireland but I'm now here studying Athletic Training and Therapy. I love all sports and all types of exercise because they are enjoyable and keep me in shape. I teach cycling at the Stromberg Arena. In the past I have thought exercise to music (floor aerobics), body conditioning (strength classes) and step aerobics (my personal favorite). Well that's it really, come to my class and my co workers too. We all offer something different, but will keep you in shape and you will have fun doing it.

I graduated right here at Weber State University with a bachelor’s degree in Health Services Administration (HAS) with an emphasis in Health Promotion, and will soon complete my 1,000 hour Yoga Teacher Training. I believe there is so much we have yet to learn about ourselves and our AMAZING bodies. Because of this belief, I strive to look at life as an adventure, taking in as many memories and learning experiences as I can.I have a passion for mindfulness so I can be in tune with my day-to-day experiences; life is too short to let the little moments pass by. About Sariah: Born in Colombia, I have been dancing since I could walk and wanting to teach since I could talk. As a child I participated in talent shows and was a member of a school dance group that toured beautiful regions with our carefully choreographed traditional dance. Later, established in the USA, and after the birth of my youngest, my physical activity level was missing the "motivation factor". I went to a Zumba Event and... here I am. I am also certified as an AFAA Group Fitness Instructor, Pilates Instructor, and in CPR/First Aid to ensure a safe and proper environment. About Tom: Tom has been teaching Indoor Cycling/Spin at WSU for the last 6 years. Tom is an avid mountain biker and road biker and will be found hammering the trails around Ogden every chance he gets. Tom has competed in several 24 hour MT bike Races and is a 6 time finisher of the LOTOJA (Logan to Jackson). Tom also dabbles in running and has completed a number of half marathons as well as team relay events. Tom strives to incorporate his favorite rides along with a lot of energy, not to mention the BEST music into each and every one of his classes.
