Weber School District Licensed Teachers who are completing the background check requirements for licensure or relicensure, please complete the background check process on the USOE licensure site prior to coming to the WSU Livescan office. After you have paid your $74 fee, you will need to print out the letter of authorization that is provided to you. When you come to the livescan office, there is an additional $20 fee for the processing of your paperwork and fingerprints that will be collected at the livescan site. Weber School District Staff Employees, please be sure to visit the school district office to pay for your livescan background check and have your paperwork signed before coming to the WSU Livescan office. There will be no additional fee for you at our office, we will bill WSD, as they have already collected the fee from you.
