Parking Permits

Use Internet Explorer to purchase your Parking Permit

Important information for 2014-15 Permit sales.

Parking permits are sold on-line using the Parking Services Web Applications. To access the web applications each person must log into their e-Weber account. This can be done from the Weber State homepage. After logging in, please click on the Student Services tab. Our channel default location is in the bottom right hand corner of the page. This is where you will register and then pay for your permit. Once the permit has been paid for, you may come to Parking Services to pick it up, our office hours are M-F from 7:00am-4:30pm.

Parking Services would like to announce that the 2014-2015 "A" permits will be offered using random assignment to those that are eligible. Qualified seniors (those currently enrolled in Summer or Fall classes and have at least 90 semester hours earned and posted) will have an opportunity to enter the lottery between July 7th, beginning at 8 am, and July 14th at 12 noon by clicking on the "Senior Permit Lottery Registration" link. Once in the lottery module qualified seniors will be given the chance to make a ranked preference for "A" permits that are available. On July 15th, parking will initiate the lottery that will randomly assign permits to seniors. Once the permit assignment has been made the charge for the permit will be added to the student account. Students will have until August 12th to make payment for the permit, by using the "Pay for Your Parking Permit" link, after which time it can be picked up at Parking Services. Last year the outcome of the lottery resulted in all "A" permits being sold out. We will post the results of the lottery and any information related to remaining permits on the parking web site.

Anyone wishing to purchase "W", "RW", "R" or "Dee Center" permits can access this same site beginning Friday, July 15th. Avoid long lines, order and pick up your permit early. All students that pay for and pick up their permits by August 12th will be entered into a drawing to win an iPad mini.

Once you access the "Order Your Parking Permit" site you will be prompted to select an existing vehicle, or to add a new one. Once the vehicle information is entered, you will be asked to select the permit type for purchase (all available lots will appear in a drop down window). At the completion of the parking registration process you may select the "Pay For Your Parking Permit" button and complete the process, or you may pay later, but keep in mind that payment must be made in full before the permit will be released. Citations for parking violations are issued beginning with the first day of school and failure to pay for your permits will not negate your responsible to properly display a valid permit. Your purchase is not complete until the permit is paid for and picked up at Parking Services.

Parking Rules and Regulations require that all citations be paid prior to permit purchases. If you have outstanding citations you can pay those on-line. You will see the "Outstanding Citations" as well as the "Pay Your Parking Citations" link on our portal applications page below the permit registration option.

Permit Requirements

Parking permits are required Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

All vehicles parked on campus(Ogden & Davis) must display a valid parking permit except in metered areas and the pay parking lot. To be valid, a permit must be clearly visible and hang from the rear view mirror of the vehicle. We recommend that all old decals and hanging permits be removed.

Motorcycles

Riding a motorcycle or moped is one of the easiest and most economical ways to get to campus. Not only do motorcycles reduce traffic congestion, but parking is much easier than for an automobile. There is no permit required to park motorcycles on either campus, however, you must park your motorcycle in the designated motorcycle area. These areas are typically found at the end of parking rows and have green hash marks on the pavement. Motorcycles may not use automobile spaces except at paid meters.
