2017-2018 Parking Permits

Anyone wishing to purchase "W", "RW", "R" or "Dee Center" permit may access the parking channel beginning Tuesday, July 11th.  Avoid long lines, order and pay for your permit early.  All students that order and pay for their permits by August 21st will be entered into a drawing to win an iPad mini or an annual A2 parking permit.  Save time and frustration, purchase a Dee Center permit and take the campus shuttle rather than searching for an open "W" space.

Steps to Purchase a Parking Permit

  1.  Log onto your e-Weber account (you will need your wildcat username and password)
  2.  Click on the Transportation tab under categories (left side)
  3.  Select the Parking Services channel
  4.   Click on Purchase and pay for a parking permit,

    Click on Purchase a Parking Permit.  Select the type of permit that you want to purchase.
    You will need your vehicle information; license plate, state, make, model and color, to register your vehicle. 

  5. Pay for your permit with credit card or select save and pay later for cash, check or voucher payments (payments that are not made through the Parking Channel will not show up on the Parking Services account and will delay your permit).


Permits that are ordered and paid for by August 21st will be mailed to the home address on file.  Those paid for after August 21st must be picked up at Parking Services in the Public Safety building.  Parking Services office hours are M-F from 7:00 am-4:30 pm.   Davis Campus faculty/staff and students may  purchase a permit at the Bookstore located on the second floor of building D2.  **Davis Campus-- please leave your flashers on while inside the building.   Citations for parking violations are issued beginning  the first day of school and failure to pay for your permit does not negate your responsible to properly display a valid permit.

2017-2018 "A" Permit Senior Lottery

The "A" permit lottery will open July 1, 2017, beginning at 8 am, through July 10, 2017 at noon by clicking on the "Senior Permit Lottery Registration" link under the Parking Services channel.  The permits will be offered using random assignment to qualified senior or grad students (those currently enrolled in summer or fall classes and have at least 90 semester hours earned and posted).  For a better chance at getting an "A" permit be sure to select your top three choices from the "A" permits that are available.     On July 11th, parking will initiate the lottery that will randomly assign permits to seniors.   Once the permit assignment has been made the charge for the permit will be added to the student account.  Students will have until August 21st to make payment for the permit, by using the "Pay for Your Parking Permit" link, under the parking channel, after which time the permit will be mailed to the home address on file. 

Lost or Stolen Permits

In the event that a permit is lost or stolen, report it immediately to Parking Services as (801) 626-6533. A replacement permit will be issued upon completion of a Lost/Stolen Permit Report.  Replacement permits cost $20.00.

Recovered lost or stolen permits must be returned to Parking Service as soon as possible. Anyone using a lost or stolen permit is subject to criminal prosecution, vehicle immobilization and administrative sanctions for code and conduct violations.

Permit Refunds

Refunds are issued for parking permits that are returned to the parking services office. Refunds will only be issued to the person who purchased the parking permit. The amount of the refund is based on the following scale:

NOTE: If you have a balance on your student account for tuition and are not on a payment plan, the refund will be applied as a credit to your tuition and fees reducing the amount you owe.
