Important information for 2016-2017 Permit sales.

Parking permits are sold on-line through the e-Weber portal. To access the web application log into your e-Weber account with your username and password.   After logging in,  click on the Transportation link on the left hand side of the page.  Select the Parking icon,  this is where you will register and pay for your permit. Once the permit has been paid for, you may come to Parking Services to pick it up.  Our office hours are M-F from 7:00 am-4:30 pm. Davis Campus Faculty/Staff and Students Parking permits can be purchased at the Bookstore located on the second floor of the Davis Campus -- please leave your flashers on while inside the building.


Parking Services would like to announce that the 2016-2017 "A" permits will be offered using random assignment to those that are eligible. Qualified seniors (those currently enrolled in Summer or Fall classes and have at least 90 semester hours earned and posted) will have an opportunity to enter the lottery between July 1, 2016, beginning at 8 am, and July 10, 2016 at  noon by clicking on the "Senior Permit Lottery Registration" link.  Once in the lottery module qualified seniors will be given the chance to make a ranked preference for "A" permits that are available. On July 11th, parking will initiate the lottery that will randomly assign permits to seniors. Once the permit assignment has been made the charge for the permit will be added to the student account. Students will have until August 22nd to make payment for the permit, by using the "Pay for Your Parking Permit" link, after which time it can be picked up at Parking Services. Last year the outcome of the lottery resulted in all "A" permits being sold out. We will post the results of the lottery and any information related to remaining permits on the parking web site.

Other Permits

Anyone wishing to purchase "W", "RW", "R" or "Dee Center" permits can access this same site beginning Tuesday, July 12th. Avoid long lines, order and pick up your permit early. All students that pay for and pick up their permits by August 22nd will be entered into a drawing to win an iPad mini.

Once you access the "Order Your Parking Permit" site you will be prompted to select an existing vehicle, or to add a new one. Once the vehicle information is entered, you will be asked to select the permit type for purchase (all available lots will appear in a drop down window). At the completion of the parking registration process you may select the "Pay For Your Parking Permit" button and complete the process, or you may pay later, but keep in mind that payment must be made in full before the permit will be released. Citations for parking violations are issued beginning with the first day of school and failure to pay for your permits will not negate your responsible to properly display a valid permit. Your purchase is not complete until the permit is paid for and picked up at Parking Services.

Lost or Stolen Permits

In the event that a permit is lost or stolen, report it immediately to Parking Services as (801) 626-6533. A replacement permit will be issued upon completion of a Lost/Stolen Permit Report.  Replacement permits cost $20.00.

Recovered lost or stolen permits must be returned to Parking Service as soon as possible. Anyone using a lost or stolen permit is subject to criminal prosecution, vehicle immobilization and administrative sanctions for code and conduct violations.

Permit Refunds

Refunds are issued for parking permits that are returned to the parking services office. Refunds will only be issued to the person who purchased the parking permit. The amount of the refund is based on the following scale:

NOTE: If you have a balance on your student account for tuition and are not on a payment plan, the refund will be applied as a credit to your tuition and fees reducing the amount you owe.
