As part of this event, Weber State University, on behalf of contributing sponsors, will offer $1,000 scholarships to students who have been selected as “Ethics Scholars.” Students may apply for a scholarship at participating high schools through the Key's to Success Program. Student will be required to fill out an application and write a 500-word essay on the value of ethics in society. Ethics Scholarship contributions will support a student from each of the participating high schools listed below.
Students will be selected from each high school to receive a scholarship based on eligible applications and essays submitted by March 5 to their high school Keys to Success program representative.
The winning Ethics Scholars and their parents or guardians will be invited to the Ethics Scholarship Banquet on Tuesday, March 25, where they will be recognized. 100% of donated scholarship funds will be attributed to an incoming freshman's tuition and fees and any other qualified educational expenses to Weber State University.
