Keynote Address:
Robert H. Garff
Chairman, Garff Enterprises, Inc.

Robert has held various business, public, and community leadership positions from running the Ken Garff Automotive Group, serving as the Speaker of the House of Representatives for the State of Utah, to Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Salt Lake Organizing Committee for the 2002 Winter Olympic Games.
Robert will take us "Out West" to discuss his favorite, "Cowboy Ethics," and how this sage advice has helped him throughout his respected career and life.

Students from local high schools will be recognized for their ethics essays submitted through the Ken Garff Keys to Success program. Each scholarship recipient will receive a $1,000 scholarship to Weber State University courtesy of supporting individuals, corporations, and foundations.

The mission of the Richard Richards Institute for Politics, Decency & Ethical Conduct is to teach and inspire ethical leadership. Ethics Day, sponsored by Zions Bank, strives to engage Weber State University, its faculty, students and the community in discussions and focused education on ethics across a variety of disciplines.
