Academic Courses offer numerous wellness opportunities through Art, Dance, Health, Nutrition, and Physical Education. As a full-time employee you may register for six credit hours/semester at no charge.
Campus Recreation satisfies sports, fitness, and recreational needs on campus. They offer a variety of programs, services, and classes.
Open Activities are also available on campus such as use of the indoor and outdoor tracks, cardio and resistance training equipment, basketball and racquetball courts and PAR course.
