Fitness Resources

These resources are meant to help you make the most of your personal exercise program.  Whether you need help getting started, or are looking for some new ideas to spice up your normal routine, it is our hope that these programs will get you moving in the right direction.

At-Home Circuit Workouts
These workouts are in the form of circuits, and you can do them in the comfort of your own living room.  There are strength training and cardio exercises mixed together, in order to give you a varied workout in a short amount of time. 

Beginner Walking Program
This program is geared toward individuals who have been physically inactive, but are interested in starting a basic exercise routine.  It can also be used for exercise on elliptical, bike, rowing, and other exercise machines.

Walking Program
This program is geared toward individuals who would like to add more purpose and direction to their walking program.  It can also be used for exercise on elliptical, bike, rowing, and other exercise machines.

Core Exercises
A variety of core exercises to help strengthen abdominal and lower back muscles, as well as improve muscular endurance.

Exercise Log
This is a basic log to assist individuals in keeping track of the days that they exercise.

Interval Training
This program offers multiple examples of interval workouts that will help individuals change their normal routines and challenge their bodies in new ways.

Strength Training
This strength training program is designed to help individuals "tone," or increase their muscular endurance.  Includes upper and lower body strength training exercises.

Stretches
Basic stretches from head to toe.
