If this is your first time in Pilates, you must first complete the Pilates Introductory Workshop or have consent of instructor!!! This class will provide you with the tools necessary to participate in most modes of exercise and avoid common injuries, as well as go about your day with greater body awareness and hopefully fewer aches and pains. We will focus on breathing, alignment, core strength, flexibility, and strength training-- all using just your body (no equipment necessary). Come in comfy clothes and prepared to work barefoot.
