HydroZone (Water aerobics)

Join us for a drop-in water aerobics session. This is a great workout for everyone. No swimming is required and benefits include: increased flexibility with low or no impact on your joints, increased stamina and strength, muscle toning and weight control, and improved physical and mental well-being. This class is great for people that need a low impact exercise.

Swimming lessons

All classes are taught by currently certified American Red Cross Safety Instructors and follow the American Red Cross LEARN TO SWIM program. Classes are small in order to ensure safety and allow maximum learning to occur. Classes are offered for all ages, infant through adult, and all levels of swimming skills from water adjustment through Guard Start.
Not all levels will be available each session. Classes will be offered based on registration and instructor availability. Parent/Infant and Parent/Toddler classes require a parent, guardian or other responsible adult to participate in the water with each child. The ability to perform specified aquatic skills will determine the level into which the student is placed. Each student will be tested on the first day to ensure that they are placed in the correct class. This decision will be made by the program coordinator and/or the instructor.
