HydroZone (Water aerobics)Join us for a drop-in water aerobics session. This is a great workout for everyone. No swimming is required and benefits include: increased flexibility with low or no impact on your joints, increased stamina and strength, muscle toning and weight control, and improved physical and mental well-being. American Red Cross Safety Instructors and follow the American Red Cross
LEARN TO SWIM program. Classes are small in order to ensure safety and
allow maximum learning to occur. Classes are offered for all ages,
infant through adult, and all levels of swimming skills from water
