Claudette teaches Pilates and Yoga.
Emily has been teaching group exercise for two years. She is certified
with AFAA as a group instructor, as a personal trainer, and has her
Turbo Kick certification. She loves playing tennis, skiing, horseback
riding, training in the gym, and reading books.
Jan has been teaching yoga since 1999. She is a Registered Yoga
Teacher through Yoga Alliance, and has spent hours studying various
types of yoga and with many teachers to find her special niche. Jan
recognizes, in her own life, the many benefits of yoga both physically
and mentally and loves to share what she has learned and experienced
with others. Jan creates a flowing class that will leave you energized
and relaxed! She is the mother of three wonderful teenagers, who make
her life exciting and fun!
Josh teaches Yoga
Katherine loves loves loves loves loves teaching aerobics! She always has fun! She also loves backpacking, hiking, fishing, tennis, skiing and anything else outdoors! Katherine is studying Health Promotion and Nutrition and loves it! Her teaching capacity is Step, Turbo Kick, Hip Hop, Bootcamp, and more. Come party with Katherine in class! Woo!
Teaches Yoga
Kira loves teaching group exercise and can teach most everything,
except yoga (even though she loves taking yoga). She has been teaching
at Weber State for 4 years now and loves working in Campus Recreation.
Kira has graduated from Weber and works in Salt Lake as an X-ray tech.
She loves both jobs and is grateful for being able to do both.
Megan teaches Spin, Turbo, Step, Sculpt, and Hydro
Teri has her Master's degree in Kinesiology from Indiana University and
has loved teaching group exercise for over 20 years. She is a certified
American College of Sports Medicine Health/Fitness Instructor and a
certified American Council on Exercise Personal Trainer. Having moved
to Northern Utah in January '08, Teri enjoys getting to know the nearby
slopes and trails and the friendly folks in the Ogden area. Teri has a
soft spot for "newbies," and loves helping people ease into a healthy
and active lifestyle with a "Make it Fun!" attitude.
Tom teaches Spin
This is Natalie's first year teaching aerobics and she absolutely LOVES it! She is studying Human Performance with Nutrition and will be graduating in the spring. She can't get enough of the outdoors and enjoys hiking, backpacking, boating, running and traveling. She is full of energy and loves life. Come to her class for a fun intense workout that will be sure to keep you in shape! Natalie teaches Sculpting, Bootcamp, and Turbo Kick.
Jill graduated from WSU in 2004 with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Performance with an emphasis in Exercise Science and Sports Medicine and with a minor in Nutrition. She is married and has a 2 1/2 year old daughter and a 2 1/2 month old son. In 2003, she certified through AFAA to begin teaching and shortly after began instructing at WSU. Jill has since certified to teach classes such as Turbo Kick and Zumba, which she absolutely loves. At WSU she has taught Kickboxing, Sculpting, TurboKick, Academic Cardio, Stroller Bootcamp, and Zumba. She is currently teaching Zumba and it is a dance party!! So ditch the workout and join the party!
Meg is certified in Turbo Kick and X-Biking. She loves working out, and also instructs with D & D Fitness. Meg loves the ocean, fruit, snow cones and has a collection of stuffed animal pigs.
