Nearly 800 students live on WSU’s beautiful Ogden campus, where they get a great view and easy access to classes, resources and recreation. As we often say, WSU is “far away enough to be independent and close enough to do your laundry.”

Others, of course, live in town, and still others live at home and commute.

Campus Housing
Housing & Residence Life is proud to offer students a new apartment complex and a traditional residence hall building to live in.  Each building offers students a unique living experience.  University Village gives residents a private bedroom, semi-private bathroom, kitchen and living room.  There are four students living in each fully furnished apartment.  The kitchens have stoves, microwaves, refrigerators and dishwashers.  The living rooms are furnished with a comfy couch, overstuffed chairs, coffee table and end table.  Each bedroom has an extra-long twin bed, dresser, desk and lockable nightstand.  There are two bathrooms with showers and tubs.  But that’s not all.  Each apartment has cable access for each bedroom and the living room.  There’s local phone service for each apartment, and hardwired Ethernet access in each bedroom or wireless Internet.

Then there’s Promontory Tower. . . it’s our traditional residence hall.  Why live here?  It’s a bit closer to campus.  You can roll out of bed and make it to class in 10 minutes!  The bedrooms are furnished with a bed, desk, dresser and spacious closet for each student.  We have double, single, and large single rooms available.

Food Services
Although anyone can buy meals from University Dining Services, students who live in WSU residence halls get a special break on the price, using their Wildcards.
