I receive a "General Error" after entering my username and password.
Please log into the full site by logging into weber.edu > Student Services > View/Pay Tuition and Fees > Current Bill and Payment Suite. After your initial login to the full site then mobile will work from then on.
How do I sign up for a payment plan in mobile?
You must still go to the full site to do the initial enrollment for a payment plan. This functionality will be released for mobile at a later date.
I see a page requesting a user name and pin number. What is my pin number?
Please exit out of that page and re-scan the above image or access the URL through your QR's history menu. It will take you back to the appropriate login page.
