Join the WSU Outdoor Program on the beautiful Snake River in Alpine Canyon near Jackson Hole, Wyoming for an exhilarating weekend of white water rafting and camping.

We will arrive in camp in time to enjoy dinner, a sunset, and some good times around the fire. The next morning following breakfast we will embark on our river adventure. The trip launches from West Table Boat Ramp in Snake River Canyon and winds its way south toward Alpine, Wyoming. You will travel 8 river miles from start to finish. There are approximately 8 sets of rapids, ranging from class I to class III. Various river features will be encountered, including Lunch Counter and Big Kahuna rapids, Million Dollar Fishing Hole, Gauging Straights and Bailing Straights.
