Summary of the Role of Each Beta Alpha Psi Officer

 President: Coordinates the work of the officers and members. This involves preparation of agendas for and presiding over business meetings, promotion of Beta Alpha Psi, representation of the chapter during student organization events, and interfacing with campus and community leaders. You can contact the President with questions.

VP of Activities:  Plan and Coordinate Weekly Professional Meetings and Lunches. You can contact the VP of Activities with questions.

VP of Public Relations: Maintain Relationships with Professionals. Plan and Coordinate Office Visits. Plan and Coordinate Annual "Meet the Firms" Event. You can contact the VP of Public Relations with any questions.

VP of Finance:     Bills and collects all member dues and fees, maintains the Chapter bank account and checkbook by recording and depositing payments and paying all bills when due. Reconciles and prepares the financial statements, as well as overseeing any fundraising events. Tracks the number of professional and service hours each member and initiate has logged.  This information is then forwarded to the executive office.  For questions regarding the number of hours you've earned or to report non-BAP professional or service hours please contact the Treasurer/Secretary.

VP of Membership:    Recruits new members each semester by networking and visiting classes at the beginning of the semester. If you have any questions regarding how to join BAP or the requirements, please contact the VP of Recruiting.

VP of Service:    Assists in maintaining records of all the member's hours and organizes events, such as tutoring and our annual Thanksgiving dinner, to help members reach their service hour goals.  For questions regarding service involvement or if you wish to volunteer for tutoring, please contact the VP of Service.

VP of Special Events: Organizes such events as our semi annual banquets and our semi annual socials. Selects event locations and coordinates with firms and members regarding attendance to such events. If you have any questions regarding a particular special event, please contact the VP of Special Events.
