Scholarships for Automotive Service Technology 2-Year A.A.S. Students IMPORTANT: All non-resident automotive service technology A.A.S. degree students qualify for a special reduced tuition package. Be sure to declare your major as one of the automotive programs and register for automotive classes to qualify. All out-of-state students must reside in Utah for one year to be considered as resident and receive in-state tuition rates. For more information call 801-626-6579 Resident and non-resident automotive scholarship applications are being accepted for fall semester 2008. Contact your program coordinator for more information. NOTICE: The WSU traditional scholarship application "First Priority" deadline is February 1, 2008 for the 2008-2009 school year. If you apply after February 1, there may still be scholarships available. See the WSU scholarship office website for more information. There are several scholarships available to all WSU Automotive Technology students. Most scholarships are available on a first-come/serve basis; apply early.
Once any student receives a scholarship through WSU (not Global Aftermarket or SEMA) they need to fill out an acceptance form. To do this they log on to their Wildcat Account. Click on the tab at the top that says "Fall 2008," then click on "Scholarships," then "My Award Info," then "Accept...." Visit the scholarship office website for additional scholarship information.
