Title IX

Weber State University is committed to compliance with Title IX of the 1972 Education Amendments, by providing gender equity in all of its programs and activities.  Protections include, but are not limited to, gender discrimination in access to classes, courses, or other learning activities, sexual harassment or bullying, and unequal,gender-based treatment in co-curricular activities such as athletics and student leadership.  The Executive Director of AA/EO is designated as the University's Title IX Coordinator, and complaints alleging discrimination based on gender in the provision of educational services may be filed with the AA/EO Office.
