We understand that sometimes things happen and your card seems to disappear. We’ll accommodate you the best of our ability here at the Wildcard Office. If we must reissue you a card, there is a $20.00 replacement fee.
- If you’ve lost your card, you can report it lost/stolen and put a freeze on your account at wildcard.weber.edu.
- If you find your card within a couple of days, YOU MUST NOTIFY THE WILDCARD OFFICE DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS TO UN-FREEZE YOUR ACCOUNT BEFORE YOUR CARD WILL WORK AGAIN.
- If you don’t find your card you can come into the Wildcard Office to get a replacement card.
