To get a Wildcard, you must be registered for classes for at least 24 hours.

You can then bring a government issued picture I.D. and your Banner I.D. Number to the Student Service Center at the DAVIS Campus, 2750 N University Park Blvd, Layton. Their phone number is 395-3460. (Without a government issued picture ID, you will not be able to get your Wildcard)

How to find your Banner I.D. Number: Banner ID Numbers can be found on your Current Student Account. Select Student Services, then Registration, the number will be on your Current Schedule.

Be prepared to fill out a form and have your picture taken. Your card will be given to you shortly thereafter.

There is a $10.00 card fee for new students.

The Wildcard DOES NOT need to be replaced each year. Your paid registration reactivates the card each semester.

If your status changes (from student to spouse etc.), you must turn in your old card or you will be charged a $20.00 replacement fee. When the old card is turned in, you will be charged $10.00 for the new card.
