Making the decision to leave home in search of the perfect Utah college experience can be exciting, and sometimes challenging. At Weber State University, we want to give you the edge on finding your best college fit. We are pleased to introduce the WeberEdge Program for out-of-state students.

Designed to make attending school in Utah even more affordable for out-of-state students, WeberEdge is a program that offers students the opportunity to pay the equivalent of in-state tuition and fees if they commit to living in our on-campus housing facilities.

Because of the limited space available in the WeberEdge Program , qualified students are selected on a “first-come-first-serve” basis beginning February 1, 2008.

To be eligible for the WeberEdge Program, students must:

• Be classified as a first time, non-resident student upon admission.
  
  
• Have a high school grade point average of at least 3.0 -or- a 23 ACT/1070 SAT composite score. Transfer students must have a college grade point average of at least 3.0.
  
  
• Apply for admissions to Weber State University before February 1, 2008.
  
  
• Submit a separate application to the WeberEdge Program .  The application will be available online at www.weber.edu/weberedge beginning February 1, 2008 . Participants will be selected in the order in which they apply until the program is full.

Upon selection into the WeberEdge Program , participants must commit to enrolling in at least 12 credit hours per semester, sign a housing lease agreement with Housing Services, and maintain a 2.0 cumulative GPA.
