Visual Arts Students Exhibit Work

OGDEN, Utah – Weber State University’s Mary Elizabeth Dee Shaw Gallery invites the public to the opening reception of works by Department of Visual Arts’ graduates Dec.7 from 7 to 9 p.m.

The exhibition will remain on view Dec. 7 to 21.

In order to receive a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA), the students must create a body of work for their final projects.

The works in the exhibit include photography, graphic design, video, drawing and installation.

“The BFA student exhibition provides students their first opportunity to show work in a gallery,” said Katie Lee, director, Shaw Gallery.

“It also allows the public to see what kind of artwork WSU students are producing.”

The opening reception and exhibition are free and open to the public.

Content may or may not be appropriate for children of all ages.
