WSU Events Educate Voters and Parents

OGDEN, Utah – Election Specialist and political science professor Leah Murray will provide insights about the  election results in her presentation “The Election of 2012: Outcome and Analysis” Nov. 19 at 7 p.m. in the Weber State University Alumni Center on the Ogden Campus. 

Her presentation will explore results in the battleground states, how different groups voted and the implications for the nation. 

The discussion will analyze a broad range of results beyond the presidential election to determine trends, demographic shifts and the effects of political campaigns. 

The public is invited to the free event, which is sponsored by WSU’s Alumni Association, Department of History, the College of Social & Behavioral Sciences and the Weber County League of Women Voters.
