Children’s Reading Workshop Offered to Parents

OGDEN, Utah – Weber State University’s Women’s Center will host the “Books Are Our Friends!” workshop on Nov. 13 at 11:30 a.m. in Shepherd Union Room 321.

Attendees will learn beneficial techniques to help increase preschoolers’ love for reading and to help improve their literacy skills. 

Children’s books will be given out free to those who attend.

This is part of a series, “Learning Begins at Home.” The event is open and free to the public. 

Parents with preschool-age children are encouraged to attend.
