WHAT: Weber State University's Social Sciences Area Council will host a Meet the Candidates Night as an opportunity for voters to get to know their potential local and state representatives.
WHO: Republican, Democrat and independent candidates have been invited to attend. The sponsors expect approximately 15 candidates to participate in the event, which is free to the public.
WHEN: Oct. 30 from 6-8 p.m.
WHERE: Weber State University Shepherd Union Ballroom A
BACKGROUND: Candidates will make a brief presentation, after which they will be available to answer questions and distribute campaign materials.
