Graduate School Fair Coming to WSU Oct. 28

OGDEN, Utah – The 2008 Utah Graduate School Fair will visit Weber State University on Oct. 28 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Shepherd Union Ballrooms.

Representatives and admissions officers from 74 graduate schools and professional programs from across the western United States will be in attendance.

“This is an excellent opportunity to speak with admissions counselors and learn more about specific programs, application deadlines and admission requirements,” said Mark Stevenson, enrollment director for the John B. Goddard School of Business & Economics Master’s of Business Administration program.

Stevenson said that earning a graduate degree can help with career advancement, increase earning potential and provide greater job security.

The fair is a free event open to current students, alumni and the general public.

The event is being hosted by WSU’s Graduate Council and Career Services. The Utah graduate school fair will be visiting university and college campuses across the state Oct. 26 through Nov. 2.
