Parking Lot Construction at Dee Events Center Alters Traffic and Campus Shuttle Stop

OGDEN, Utah – Construction on the south side of the Dee Events Center parking lot will move both parking and the location of the campus shuttle service to the northeast side of the lot through Sept. 30.

The construction also has closed access through the Dee Events Center lot at 4600 South. Students, staff and visitors can access the Wildcat Shuttle and the Dee ticket office from Country Hills Drive.

WSU Fleet Management will run two shuttle routes while the lot is under construction: University Village to the library, and from the east side of the Dee Events Center to the library.

Vehicles with a Dee Events Center Permit will find plenty of stalls on the northeast side of the lot.

The construction project will upgrade the parking lot with new landscape planters and reconfiguring the parking stalls. The project will also apply a new layer of asphalt and fix utilities and parking lot infrastructure.

Similar repair and beautification on the north side of the lot was completed in 2012. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
