WSU and Ogden School District Sponsor Family Empowerment Expo

OGDEN, Utah – Weber State University and the Ogden School District sponsor the “Northern Utah Family Empowerment Expo” at Ben Lomond High School on May 12 at 5 p.m. 

The event is free and open to the public. 

The expo will educate and engage parents in workshops designed to inspire positive behavior in the home and school, prepare themselves and their children for college, and achieve financial stability. Activities, clinics, and workshops are offered for children and youth from kindergarten to seniors in high school, while parents attend workshops. 

Information booth will help families discover the community resources and summer programs offered locally. The event includes free dinner and student performances.
