WSU Commencement Ceremonies Celebrate Class of 2006

An additional 1,206 members of the Class of 2006 received their degrees in conjunction with the university’s winter commencement last December.

The main ceremony will be held May 4 in the Dee Events Center. An academic processional will begin at 6 p.m., followed by the formal program. Chairman and CEO of Marriott International, Inc., J. W. Marriott, Jr., will deliver the keynote address and will be awarded an honorary degree. Other honorary degree recipients are: Margaret O. Bennett, Jane Hammond Brewer, and Martha Ann Dumke Healy.
