This year marks the 50th anniversary of the historic case, and Williams will share his knowledge on the socioeconomic and legal impact it has had on our changing society.
Williams is the author of, "Thurgood Marshall: American Revolutionary", which examines Marshall's stances on civil rights, including his role in Brown v. Board of Education. The book will be reissued this year in honor of the anniversary.
The discussion will be held in the Shepherd Union Ballroom and is free to the public. Williams appears through DPK and Associates, Inc.
