OGDEN, Utah – Women's issues advocate Debra Humphreys will speak at Weber State University on March 18 and 19 as part of Women's History Month.
Humphreys will discuss "Women in Higher Education" in room 111 at the Davis campus on March 18 at 7 p.m. On March 19, she will make the same presentation at the Stewart Library Hetzel-Hoellein Room on the Ogden campus at 11:30 a.m.
Humphreys is the vice president for communications and public affairs for the Association of American Colleges and Universities. She previously was the director of programs for the AACU, where she directed programs on women's issues and diversity in higher education. She has worked at AACU since 1992 and holds a doctorate in English from Rutgers University.
