WSU Presents “National Perspective on Dentistry”

OGDEN, Utah – Healthcare for veterans, minorities and the underserved will be discussed during the “National Perspectives on Dentistry” presentation, March 9 from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. in the Hurst Center for Lifelong Learning Dumke Legacy Hall.

Dr. Patricia E. Arola, Assistant Under Secretary for Health for Dentistry, and Dr. Lea Erickson, Chief of the Salt Lake City VA Dental Clinic, will underscore the importance of a national response for help to these target groups.

The College of Science and the Dr. Ezekiel R. Dumke College of Health Professions, in conjunction with “An American Indian Tribute to Education and Heritage” activities, are sponsoring the presentation. The lecture is free to the public.
