How do I save my document on my PC?- Make sure to save your document to your personal computer or flash drive. Do not save to the server (the Desktop and My Documents icons point to the server).
- Click File,
- Save As
- Click on My Computer (either from the dropdown or the icons on the left
- Select: your local workstation's drive or your flash drive is on.
- Save
- Choose allow if asked
- Close application
- Logoff
How do I save my document on my MAC?
- Make sure to save your document to your personal computer or flash drive. Do not save to the server (the Desktop and My Documents icons point to the server).
- Click File,
- Save As
- Click on My Computer (either from the dropdown or the icons on the left
- Select: C$ on 'Client' (C) or the drive your flash drive is on.
- Desktop
- Save
- Choose allow if asked
- Close application
- Logoff
When you first login you may be asked to give access. Make sure to allow all access to be able to print. To print go to File, Print, select your printer from the dropdown list (you may see several printers) along with your printer
