If you cannot get in or need to request access
- You must be a current student (enrolled in classes for the current semester)
- You must be a WSU employee

The first time you use the virtual lab you will need to install a client
- The client allows your drives to be mapped so you can save your work to your workstation or flash drive. It also allows you to print to your printer
- Make sure popups are enabled.
- If you are planning to save your work to a flash drive make sure to plug it in before logging in.
- Follow the instructions (if you already have the client installed from a previous class your old client will be removed and the new client will be installed.
- Login using your eWeber login and password,
- Click on the software you plan to use
- If you see a popup request you to allow access say yes and "never ask me again"
- Your application will then open
If your instructor gave you a file to work on
- Click on the file name
- When asked if you want to open or save: Select Save As
- To save to your workstation
- Go to "My Computer" select your machines hard drive
- To save to Flash Drive
- Go to "My Computer" select your flash drive
Opening your saved file
- login to the Virtual lab
- Click on the application
- go to File, Open
- Find where you saved your file
- If on C drive
- go to "My Computer"
- Click the drive letter
- Find your file
- If on Flash Drive
- go to "My Computer"
- Click on your flash drive
- If you don't know which drive is your flash drive
- go to Start, My Computer look for your flash drive and make a note of the drive letter (E, F, . . . . )
- Close "My Computer on your Workstation.
- Go back to application
- "My Computer, click on your flash drive, and Open
- If on C drive
Saving your work (from most applications)
- Go to File, Save As
- Windows:
- Option 1 save to workstation then to flash drive
- Click on "My Computer"
- Find your workstations drive, give your file a name and save
- Later when you are ready to save to your Flash drive
- Go to Start, My Computer, C drive
- Find your file and drag to your flash drive
- Option 2 save directly to flash drive
- Click on "My Computer"

- If you don't know which drive is your flash drive
- go to Start, My Computer look for your flash drive and make a note of the drive letter (E, F, . . . . )
- Close "My Computer on your Workstation.
- Find your flash drive letter
- Give your file a name and save
- Option 1 save to workstation then to flash drive
