I'm starting 3 charities and sponsoring them as both senator and president, so they'll get the attention they deserve.

One is the trees for troops and their families. Basically people put up names and addresses and we send Christmas packages to them.  Hill AFB, Brigham City, and Camp Williams currently have people deployed that will not return until next year.

The second is boxes that will be put out for general care packages filled with candy, food and things of that nature so the troops can enjoy some pogie bate and give extras to kids.

The third is an active mission of finding schools, orphanages, refugee camps and things of that nature and sending them school supplies to help them better themselves. It is this third one that will likely get the most attention and will affect both Afghanistan and Iraq. The pictures in the showing on Tuesday the 6th of NOV will be the results of this charity drive. 

These will not be temporary charities, and I plan to find/build a number of schools/orphanages in Afghanistan this spring to continue the mission.In the last year 300+ schools for girls have been burnt down in Afghanistan... this just means we're going back, with a much larger force this time, and ensuring that the children have a fair shot at leading a good life in that country. There will be more to follow, but that is basically what is going on right now.
