USTAR Business Analyst Intern (Vice Provost's Office)

- Job Description: Helping commercialize exciting technologies as part of the USTAR team.
Responsibilities: - Analyze concepts and ideas that have the potential to create disruptive companies
- Explore facets of the entrepreneurial startup process
- Research clusters and develop competitive road maps
- Assist in enhancing USTAR and its partners
The successful candidate: - Is a self-starter
- Has pride in his/her ability to complete assignments and achieve results
- Possesses the ability to work autonomously as well as with a team

Qualifications: - Requirements vary by internship position
Candidate must be: - Pursuing an advanced degree in business, engineering or a scientific field (in select cases, those pursuing an undergraduate degree with an exceptional background may be considered)
- Experienced or interested in in new technology (including gadgets, software or life science)
- A superior communicator, in both writing and speech
- Comfortable on a PC and exploring databases, including those on the internet
