Gloria has been employed with Weber State University for 34 years in various capacities, but currently serves students as a counselor/advisor in Services for Women Students.

Gloria previously directed the regional Gender Equity Technical Assistance Center housed at WSU. This was a program that rendered technical assistance and tranining for public ed personnel and students in the area of gender fair treatment for students in the norrthern section of the state.

Because Gloria loves working with Weber State Students and aiding in their academic success, she has chosen to continue to work in this capacity.

In addition, she serves on the St Benedict's Foundation Board of Directors which helps fund scholarships for WSU female students. Gloria serves on other community boards and has received numerous awards and recognition for her volunteer work.
