Student Information Module

Welcome to Weber State University’s Assessment & Placement Student Information Module. You are required to complete this Module if you are out of compliance with WSU’s Assessment & Placement Policy. With the exception of WSU’s periodic system maintenance windows, you can access the Module 24/7 with a computer and Internet access. Hearing and sight impaired students can contact us to arrange an accommodation.

The purpose of this Module is to interactively communicate important policy-related information to help you comply with the Policy developed to assure you have the foundation to successfully complete college-level courses.

Carefully follow the Module instructions. It should take approximately 30 minutes to complete and your related registration hold should be expired by the end of the following business day. You must have current placement in your Math and English courses to complete the Module. Accuplacer test scores are valid for one calendar year. Information on Accuplacer testing is available at weber.edu/accuplacer. Unsure if you are required to take an Accuplacer test? Contact the Student Success Center at 801-626-6752 (select option 5 and then option 1) and we will be pleased to assist you.

You are ready to access the Module. Contact us if you have any questions or if you still have an Assessment-related registration hold on your account at the end of the business day following the day you correctly completed all sections of the Module.
